Trought a deep vision we discovered the main problems and goals for these companies'' sucess using Upsalla and other worldwide accepted models to study companies'' internationalization processes. Many correlations were used to propose what can be known as a good "picture" of Lithuanian efforts to expand to international markets and take advantage trought entrance to European Union.
