96 страниц. 2012 год.
LAP Lambert Academic Publishing
The prime objective of this research is to explore the relationship between training and employees’ motivation and job satisfaction in Hotel Industry. It examined the relationship through posing four research questions. The two dependent variables of this research were employees’ motivation and job satisfaction; whereas the independent variables are the perceived helpfulness of training and participation in training. Based on the findings, it is suggested that the overall implementation of hotel training programs should be carefully selected, designed, and evaluated to align it with employees’ needs of training.
