The practitioners are using SCM and SCI knowledge in order to reduce operational costs and to improve customer service in a global competitive environment. In addition, practitioners have been using SCM and SCI to reduce inefficiencies in their current management processes. The objective of this research is to understand the critical supply chain integration operational factors and their impact on supplier and customers relationships and order fulfillment in Ethio leather industry.This study also provides practitioners with key recommendations to enhance SCI in an organization.
