Employees are the most important assets of Indian Public Sector Organisations. The success of Indian Public Sector Organisation depends largely upon the caliber and performance of its employees. Therefore, every Indian Public Sector Organisation must take an effort to improve the quality of its employees for which the organisation should design an effective employees training programme. Every training programme must be related to specific needs of the individual employees. A training programme should be conducted only after the training needs are analysed specifically and clearly.
