Better opportunities in other industries and organizations have led to an exodus of managers, especially at junior levels from their present workplaces. Although the recent worldwide economic downturn and industrial recession have put a curb on switchover of jobs, the impact of this phenomenon is short – lived. Therefore, it is an issue worth addressing, and the same has been studied and analyzed through the spectrum of organizational sociotechnical system.
