Human resource management (HRM) involves all management decision and practices that directly affects the people, or human resources, who work for the organization. It becomes Strategic when it assumes the centre stage and serves as the major determinant of organizational Goals, especially performance. Although researchers in strategic human resource management (SHRM) have established a relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance, the inter-viewing process connecting HRM system and organizational performance remains unexplored. Also examines how effective HRM can lead to better performance in the organization. In its truest Sense, this study also evaluate whether SHRM has any impact on organizational performance.
