Given that quality production is key to any organization, there is need to look at the relationship that exists between employee relations and performance at the place of work. This work looks at the contributions of employee relations to student's performance in Public Secondary Schools in Kitui County - Kenya. In doing this, the work explores four independent variables: Decision making process, leadership style, communication mode and trust in management.
