LAP Lambert Academic Publishing The objective of the work “Employee Employer Relationship Model – An Emerging stride” is to study how employer employee relationship can be strengthened. This research deeply analyse the factors which are actually the main contributors to establish stronger reliable relationship model. In this research, an effort is made to find out essentials of building relationship with employee employer to enhance the productivity and strengthened the relationship from grass root. It recommended to organisation s that the few factors to be emphasised for effective employee employer relationship model. It simply emphasis on shift in managerial approach from task oriented to people oriented.
