According to Mullins (2002) most firms and businesses consist of employees and employers or management and staff or leaders and followers. Most of them are goal oriented. In order to achieve the desired objectives there must be interaction between management and staff. The leadership style that characterizes the interaction between managers and their followers is most important in terms of employee’s efficiency and productivity. Employees are the workforce of any business and they carry out the duties of a firm. Employee’s satisfaction is impacted by the employee’s perception of their job and the organization for which they work for.
