It is clear that the relationship that exists between employers and employees can contribute to a better performance of the organization if it is properly handled. In their relationships the employer and the employee sign written contract that may include different terms and conditions of employment. However, written contracts may not include all the expectations of both parties. Thus there is unwritten contract which is implicit between the individual and his/her organization that specifies what the parties expect to give and receive from each other in their relationship.
