LAP Lambert Academic Publishing Gastritis is the most common disease of the stomach nowadays that could lead to different gastric complications such as ulcers and even worsen to gastric carcinoma. With a better understanding of its causes as well as how to treat them giving the hope that most of people can be cured. In the present work a model of gastritis was done using ethylene glycol "which is an antifreeze agent" to investigate the possible gastroprotective effect of L-arginine "the precursor of nitric oxide" using different histological techniques. So we hope that our research and results could help patients suffering from gastritis giving a new hope to be managed and cured.
