The psychological and social impact of such diseases on our daily life is easily comprehensible which makes them of considerable importance. Any disease that could interfere with the activities of daily life may have an adverse effect on the general quality of life. Therefore, the notion of oral health related quality of life (OHRQOL) is the product of many observations and research about the impact of oral diseases on different aspects of life.
