This will improve the physician''s ability to predict cardiovascular risk. This book will explore the circadian BP profile of hypertensive patients, proportion of uncontrolled hypertension between 24-hours ABPM and office BP and the association of cardiovascular risk factors among dippers and non dippers. The percentage of non dippers were 68.6% for systolic and 61.9% for diastolic. The percentage of uncontrolled office blood pressure was high 57.1% systolic and 61.0% diastolic and there is a significant difference between office BP and 24-hours ABPM.
