A survey that stresses on six aspects of alignment was rolled out to employees and the outcomes of the survey were assessed and evaluated. Cures to addressed gaps were proposed and discussed. A comparison between the findings in this company and in a construction company was done to find out the similarities and differences in gaps across two different company models in the same country.
